At Kennedy Blue, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on most items to ensure your wedding party feels confident and beautiful. Please note that all returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
